Bonbon Robotics is a local R&D team composed of technology and manufacturing enthusiasts. It was
initially incubated at the PolyU Innohub under the PolyU KTEO, located at JCIT V Core 4/F, and received
the PolyU Micro Fund.

After a 5-week PolyU Lean LaunchPad program, it was subsequently recommended by the Hong Kong
Polytechnic University to join the Incub-Tech program at Hong Kong Science Park. We provide robotics
design training, aimed at teenagers and university students.

In addition, we also conduct research in underground pipeline robotics solutions since 2021. We have
already developed 20 different prototypes of pipeline robots from proof of concept , functional
prototype to real application. We are collaborating with HKSAR Drainage Services Department to bring
a more efficient pipe inspection process to eliminate the casualties of underground incidents.
